You can help us restore the oldest log cabin in Tompkins and Cayuga Counties.  This cabin was originally built in 1791 near the corner of Conlon and Searles Roads in Lansing.  After spending 50 years at the Cayuga Museum in Auburn, it has returned home to Lansing and we plan to reassemble it this summer.  Click here for details on how you can help make this happen.

On June 1,2009 Dave Vieser interviewed Ed LaVigne on WHCU 870's Morning News Watch.  LaVigne talked about the history of the cabin and what is happening in terms of a timeline, fundraising, and materials and volunteers needed.  So far the project is on track to be constructed in July.
